Collar Poppers

I found this while going through some old files. I remember doing this one but don't think I ever sent it in. the show was talking about frat boys being 80's retor and wearing pastel polo shirts and popping their collars up like some of us did *cough cough* back in the real 1980's. I laugh at this a lot.

Today's date being 4/20 seemed to bring out all the Hemp Heads once again. The topics mostly seemed to be about how to cook with pot. So that being said... sounds like Shannon and SBK need a cooking show. Hmmmm

Mediocre Home Makeover

The show "Extreme Makover: Home Edition" is here in town building a house. Apparently it's some 5,000 square foot mansion in a... well... not so affluent part of town. Anyway, the discussion was on why the show always has to everything over the top. What if Shannon had that type of show.. but not the Disney budget?

Walking Tall

The big story was about the father who went into his daughter's school and punched out a teacher's aide that his daughter had accused of inappropriate touching and conversations. Apparently he just couldn't take it when he found the aide was still in a classroom. He had his daughter take him to the classroom, he opened the door, walked up to the aide and clocked him.

Shannon applauded the father and called him his new hero. Ahh vigilanty justice. Wait.. there's a movie in this story... and Shannon could be the star...

Jimmy D just got his motorcycle license and he's been showing off his new license like he's an FBI agent or a rock star. He's already bought biker boots and looking to buy a bike. I guess we'll see Jimmy D at Sturgis this year...

Bushback Mountain

Another topic was President Bush being ambushed by a question from a reporter on whether or not he had seen Brokeback Mountain yet. Of course he skirted the question... and even though I'm a Bush supporter (do not flame me please) my spoofs have been known to cross the aisle if you know what I mean...

Androgynous Idol

The topic was the uproar that GLAD started regarding the judges comments to a rather gender-neutral contestant. Simon was unsure what gender the person was and made comments along those lines. Anyway, who cares. If you are gonna be ambiguous about things then you MUST expect questions. "I revel in my vagueness... how dare you question me about it!" Ugh...

Anyway I thought what if the andro in question was Jimmy D...
